Ingredients: Hominy Pork Peppers Radish Dry chili Arbo (Chile pods) Avocado Lemon Salt Oregano
Preparation: 1. Boil the pork and chicken for about 1 hour, while boiling it you need salt, onion, garlic, oregano, a few bay leafs 2. Once the meat is tender add the red salsa 3. Add the can of hominy and let it simmer for another hour 4.Then you add your side condiments such as cilantro, onion, radish, limon, a tostada on the side with sour cream, and your choice of drink. Pozole is one of the most traditional soups to have especially during the winter. Pozole is one of my personal favorites when it's cold because I'm able to enjoy it with any drink. This is also a dish that keeps you warm and it feels you up very fast.
